You can add text for licences that apply to the files in your repository. Users will be required to agree to the licence before downloading a file.

There is a general “default” licence that can be set in Options. If you enter text into the box here and save it, then the licence will be used for every file that does not have its own individual licence. Users will be asked to confirm agreement to the licence before they can download.

If you want to set licences on an individual file basis, the administrator interface allows you to enter the licence text and optionally require users to agree to the licence. (If you try to set the toggle to yes it will not be effective unless you have entered text into the licence field).
